Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mamba Management App website, member portal, and mobile application (together, the "Service") operated by Rahsia Bumi Enterprise ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service is operated by Rahsia Bumi Enterprise, a sole proprietorship registered in Malaysia under SSM registration no. 202503350807 (TR0334731-P). Rahsia Bumi Enterprise is not a broker, is not licensed to provide financial or investment advice, and does not hold client funds.

1. What the Service Is

Mamba Management App is a trade-management and automation tool that works alongside your own MetaTrader 5 (MT5) account held with your broker. We are not a broker, investment adviser, or fund manager. We never hold, receive, or have custody of your funds. All trading happens in your own broker account, under your control and at your own risk.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade leveraged products in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Your recovery phrase is the only way to reset a forgotten password. We store it only as a hash and cannot recover it for you — keep it safe.
• You agree to provide accurate information, including the MT5 account numbers and broker email you submit for verification.

4. Introducing Broker Relationship

Access to the Service is provided to traders whose broker accounts are registered under our Introducing Broker (IB) network with Valetax. We may receive compensation from the broker based on the trading activity of referred accounts. This does not increase your trading costs, but you should be aware of this relationship when deciding to use the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, probing or overloading our systems, submitting false information, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. No Financial Advice

Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice, or a solicitation to trade. Strategy descriptions, statistics, and educational materials are provided for information only. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Please read our Risk Disclosure.

7. Availability & Changes

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Automated trading involves software, connectivity, and market risks that are outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rahsia Bumi Enterprise shall not be liable for any trading losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
